When and where is the Summit?
The Summit will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, D.C. The event will begin with registration opening at 11:30am. The programming will begin promptly at noon.
How do I register, and what are the ticket terms?
You can register via the “Register” link on our website. Ticket terms, cancellation policies, and transfer options will be detailed during registration.
What is the recommended dress code?
Business attire is recommended for this event.
Are meals included?
Yes, lunch and dinner will be provided during the event.
How do I get there and where should I park?
The venue is accessible via the Metro and parking instructions can be found here. Note: All attendees are asked to use the 14th Street entrance between Constitution and Pennsylvania Avenues.
What accessibility or special‑needs services are available?
If you need any accessibility accommodations (e.g., for mobility, hearing, or vision), please contact us at events@edreform.com at least two weeks prior to the event so we can make arrangements.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes, we encourage you to register your colleague on the registration page.
Do I have to stay for the entirety of the event?
Yes, when you register, we ask that you commit to staying for both the 12-4pm programming in the Pavilion and the 5-9pm programming in the Upper Oculus and Atrium.
